  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Reus Research is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

5. Delays or Lost Orders

  • If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [email protected].

  • We will assist with tracking your package and, if necessary, file a claim with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Reus Research is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
